Previous Experience 
I have been involved with research and management of sage-grouse and other prairie grouse species for 28 years. 

I am the U.S. representative to IUCN's Grouse Specialist Group.

I have been a member of the Western Sage and Columbian Sharp-tailed Grouse Technical Committee for over 20 years. 

I was senior author of the sage-grouse population and habitat guidelines and the Rangewide Greater Sage-Grouse Conservation Assessment.
